What The Princess and the Frog has taught me

There is some spooky stuff mixed in with witch craft and that stuff. I at one time tried "talking" with the dead, and nothing happened(thank God). We basically just had a crystal and a piece of paper that said "yes" and "no." It didn't work. But I have heard many stories. I have a friend who went to a sleep over and she left early because they brought out a Ouija board. A week later the house burned down and all that was left was the Ouija board. That is a little creepy if you ask me. Thus why I am not into voodoo witch craft and talking to the dead. I find it disturbing and it creeps me out. You can go and kiss as many frogs as you want but your not gonna get a Prince that way. Sorry sweetie, but it just doesn't work like that. Hard work pays off. Early English colonists in the new world knew that. They knew they couldn't get by, by just sitting on their butts all day. If they did that they would of died. If you work hard, you might just get what you dream of. What we need and what we want are sometimes two different things. Sometimes its best that we don't get what we want. I hope you enjoyed this post. Comment and tell me what you think. Thanks for reading.

Frozen: what it has taught children and people like me

All queens and enchantresses in the past have been evil, so she must be too. Wait, maybe she's not. Sterotypes are being broken here. "Roger, we have a problem....." nope, I think this is awesome. I hope it teaches kids that just because someone looks mean doesn't mean they will be and the same goes for those nice looking people. People aren't always what the seem. I know a guy who is covered in tattoos and have facial hair. He must be a hard cruel vicious man who is on drugs. He must want to hurt little children. He probably kills puppies for fun. Yep that must be it. No, People don't always act like they look. This man is a christian. Okay so that changes it. He must of got those tattoos and peircings while a non believer. He must also be a new believer. Um.... no. He has been a christian for awhile. In fact he got those tattoos as a christian and he teaches in a christian school. He teaches a Bible class. Okay so I guess he isn't the bad guy we thought he was. Looks can be decieving.
Letting things go can be the hardest thing in the world. It is so easy to dwell on things. I have a problem with that. I hold on tightly to everything I should let go. I should let it go and not look back. I shouldn't hold on and neither should you. It only causes pain and destruction. Isolating yourself isn't always good.
Every if not most little girls grow up and their parents(or someone) calls them princess. We then start to act like a princess and have the need to be perfect. That we must always do it right and never mess up. Conseal, don't feel. You can't cry. You must be strong. Don't be a baby. You have to be perfect or you will not get your prince. You just want to be loved so it makes it hard. You must be perfect in every way. No day off from this stress and pain.
In fact its a rare thing for a girl to marry the first guy she dates. It does happen, but not often. Most people if you ask them how many people they dated before they found the right one, it would be a lot. For few is it the first one or even the second. Many are engaged with someone and then break off that engagement before they are married. That is not always the case. Keep and open mind.
Family will stand up for you no matter what. My sisters and I have strong bond. We can go and antagonize eachother to no end but if some one hurts one of us, then the wolves come out to ripe him/her to shreds. In our lowest points we are their for eachother. We aren't perfect but we don't have to be.
We don't have to be perfect. We all can be awkward and its okay. Everyone says things at the wrong times and can get tongue tied. We aren't perfect and we don't have to be perfect.
He doesn't have to have the title to the world but to me, my hero is a prince. He is amazing. Heros come in all shapes and sizes. Firefighters, police officers, soliders, etc are heros.
Some people are worth it. I hope you enjoyed. Comment and tell me what you think. Thanks

Frozen: Disney's newest Princess and Queen

SO I feel like writing about a movie. I know I am annoying but if you don't like it, well tell me. SO the last movie I saw was Frozen. Its the new Disney princess movie based on the fairy tale called The Snow Queen.
It is a story of two sisters. Okay before I get into any more details I should warn you that I might let out a few spoilers for those who haven't seen it. These sisters start out very close. They are best friends. One has ice powers that are growing stronger and she doesn't know just how strong she is. Elsa is the Ice Queen. And one day a little bit of fun goes wrong. They say its all fun and games until some one gets hurt. That is very true. Because of that small accident, Isolation occurs. Elsa doesn't feel safe to be around others. She doesn't want to hurt anyone. Anna didn't know why her sister didn't want to be with her any more. All alone in a castle so large. The isolation effects both sisters. One craves the presence of others and the other sister fear it. Else shut her sister out and Anna craves the relationship they once had. Then Elsa's stronghold and parents are killed in a devastating storm. Instead of reaching out for her sister, the only one left for her, she only closes herself off more. Coronation day soon comes. Elsa is to be Queen.
Coronation day brings joy and fear for the girls. Anna hopes she might find the one. This might be her only chance at love. Elsa might close the gates once more after coronation and for how long? Anna can't take any more isolation. Then a guy walks into her life at the coronation ball. O perfect is he. Completing her perfectly. He might just be the one. They dance and talk all evening, which is totally bizarre. They might even be in love. O isn't it perfect. A fairy tale love for sure. Then he asks for something crazy, her hand in marriage. Now ready for something even crazier...... she says "yes!" Now all they want is Elsa's blessing on the marriage proposal. How could Elsa say no? Her little sister is so happy. Happier than she has been in ages. They must be married. Elsa will love it....or so Anna though. Elsa, the rational one, always thinking things through, denied the blessing. She wouldn't hear of it. They didn't know each other. There is no way these two can really love each other. They had what, four hours together. Um I don't think you can call that love. You can easily call it lust. I knew that he wasn't going to be a good guy. I was starting to get swayed into thinking maybe I was wrong. Maybe he is a good guy. Maybe he is perfect for her. But what about that blond dude in the commercials? What about awkward Kristoff? He looks so good for her but he has only appeared once? Maybe I was wrong. Team Hans or Team Kristoff?
The dance and they love each other. This movie is gonna have heartbreak and betrayal. Not just for dear Anna but for the audience as well. Soon we meet Sven and Kristoff. It is so easy to fall in love with a pair like these too. Kristoff isn't the stereotypical perfect prince. He is awkward, more normal. He doesn't always have the perfect thing to say. Because of this we love him so much. Ann knows she can't fall for him. She is on a misson to find Elsa. Elsa disappeared after the entire kingdom found out about her secrets. Anna is engaged, Kristoff is only her guide. Kristoff and his reindeer Sven have their own ice selling business. Kristoff is no prince but a guy doesn't need the title to be better than one or the perfect one.
I will be sure to write another post about frozen. Its just this one is getting long. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks fro reading. Comment and let me know what you think.

Winter

When you go and have a week straight of 90+ degree weather you crave the winter. Okay maybe not true for me. I hate the cold. I can however enjoy the beauty the snow brings. Snow coated branches on the trees. Lakes freezing over and ice skaters or ice fishers coming out to enjoy the day. Its those -30 degree days that really get you and are torture. Snow is coming as well so that means for me shoveling in EXTRA cold weather. Fun. It always ends up like this: Wake up, find out no school, fail miserably at going back to bed, get up, go out side to feed animals (20-40 minutes sometimes more), come in cold and covered in snow, Try to dry off, Finally almost dry and then told to go back out side, Repeat the last 4 steps a could times and you have my snow days. So who wants to take a stab at my life and try to do what I do. Okay so this has been a bit of a rant. I will try to change it to something more pleasant.
I found this photo on this site. I was just thinking of snow and I am not a good photographer so I found this and was like "wow, that's gorgeous." I think snow can be both beautiful and gross. When it first comes down it is so pretty but then cars go over it and it turns brown and slushy. Eww. Ice covering the trees is also beautiful. Snow flakes on everything is so pretty. Take a look at this guy, he has got some pretty cool photographs that he has taken Well I hope all of you enjoy the snow or the heat from your wood stove. Thanks for reading. Leave a comment. Thanks again.

Hey Sorry I haven't been able to write. I got to see my boyfriend and he lives far away so I was a little absorbed in being with him. I will do my best to come up with more soon. I hope you guys had a Happy New Year. I am exhausted and have no motivation to write. How was every one's New Years Eve? Leave a comment, thanks.
